What documentation is required to sell a property?
Deed of the property.
Last payment of property taxes.
Cadastral warrant and blueprint
Electricity Receipts (last 2 years - preferably)
Water bills.
Phone bills (if available on the property)
Owner (s) ID
General data and information of the seller (s).
Provider of service contract signed by both parties.
If the Owner is a legal entity, copy of Incorporation Agreement and Powers of attorney
If the building is new, the following are also required:
Construction License.
Alignment and Official Number.
Completion of Work.
Cadastral Certificate.
All these documents are required to be photocopies.
